Hi,

In the order it looks ok, but when it arrives by mail there is no separation between email and contact number.

The html code is equal you see the order in backend and in e-mail body. I think your e-mail client show the order html incorrectly. try to use another e-mail client or webmail client and see the order. Also attach the screenshot of the order on your e-mail with problem. May be I give you some advices.

Hi,

Appreciate all the help, but on my smart phone it is OK, but in outlook and web-mail all the header text is stuck together.

You can edit order template /administrator/components/com_ipricecalc/orderhtml.php - insert <br/> html tag after each contact field of the order.

hi,

having similar problems. attached are the email and the order as requested.

this issue is causing emails to be detected as SPAM and exceeding eh 550 char limit (RFC limitation). This renders the email facility effectively useless. The issue occrs regardless of what email client is used.
