TOPIC: PHP Loader ioncube_loader_win_5.4.dll

I wanted to test the Trial Versin of iPrice Minimart, but after installing is coming up this:
"Site error: the file Z:xampphtdocsoriente.deadministratorcomponentscom_ipricecalcviewssectionsview.html.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_win_5.4.dll to be installed by the website operator. If you are the website operator please use the ionCube Loader Wizard to assist with installation."

What is the meaning of this message? never seen before...
