We are not interested in using short descriptions for our items. How might we remove the column completely?

You need to edit price-list template /components/com_ipricecalc/views/price/tmpl/default.php to remove the column "short description" in IPrice calculator LIGHT.

Yes, I am looking in that file and removed the description column. Please see the attached image to see what else needs some fixing. The category, subtotal and total rows don't adjust width-wise to the rest of the table.

You just remove html code of description column. But also you need to change the PHP code to adupt configuring of item delimiters and total lines (decrease the number of COLSPAN property values of <td> tag of price-list table layout)
