Who gets the order mail? and who sends it?

My understanding is that the user ids specified in the manager user id in options of iprice light will get the order email and the email will be from the email specified in joomla system->global config->server tab->mail settings section.
Is my understanding of the from email correct?
Since this is not how it is currently working. I am using ver 1.1.12
Quick response will be appreciated.

A mail to a manager is sent from customer e-mail address ("Address from", "Name from").
A mail to a customer is sent from Manager e-mail (Manager user ID) and "Name from" is from system->global config->server tab->mail settings section->Sender name.
New version of IPrice minimart 2.4.2 for Joomla 4.x.
What`s new:
Added "Do not use cart" option. In this mode, you can select the necessary products on the page and immediately submit the order by filling out the contact information.
