You can set very large height and width for thumbnail of an article in plugin parameters, for example - 8000. The plugin will ignore an image if the specified size of thumbnail larger than the size of an original image.
PS Also you need to set plugin parameter "Ignore individual image size" to "Yes". In this case, the plug will not take the image size specified in the editor as a thumbnail size.
